| Plastic drums are manufactured on a new state of the art blow molding machine that allows for precise control of critical dimensions to consistently give our customers the highest quality product.
All Plastic drums are made from a high molecular weight, high-density polyethylene resin. This material has been has been proven to make an extremely strong, light and rigid drum. The light weight of plastic, in comparison to steel, makes handling easier and reduces shipping costs. |

Since they are 100% plastic, there is no inner liner to possibly crack or fracture which eliminates a chance of contamination. Drums may also be stored outside, which frees up warehouse space without the concern of rusting. Since these drums are re-usable, they can also lower the cost associated with packaging.
The top-handling ring is specifically designed to accommodate the standard parrot break drum lifting devices. The bottom is contoured to enhance automatic draining characteristics. Also, for complete manual draining, a handhold is molded into the bottom

The POLY-OVERPACK is a 95 gallon salvage drum made from 100% polyethylene. The lack of any metal parts eliminates rust problems and allows for complete incineration. The easy twist-on lid works without tools or ring closures. By being nestable, the POLY-OVERPACK offers significant space savings. These drums weigh only 43lbs. as compared to 78lbs. for steel overpack. The 20 gallon POLY-OVERPACK with twist-on lid is also available for bottles and five gallon pails. Various other secondary containment products are also available. The drums meet DOT and UN Specifications. |
